   I like the concept.. however I might explore the idea of instead of a “target” have there it be a “target reticle” like you would see if you looked into the scope of a rifle on top of the house as if the “Real Estate Hunter” was targeting the house.

   It may work it may not… but I think its worth exploring.

   Great idea, wish I had thought of that before I submitted! DARN. Guess knowing about rifles is a plus. Keep up the fantastic comments.
