1. Debt Settlement- they have programs that allow people to save towards settlements on their unsecured debts. This allows people with large amounts of debt to reduce their monthly payments and eventually get out of debt completely. This is the direction of the company and within 1-2 years we intend for debt settlement to be 100% of our business.

2 Loan Modification – They work with people that are behind on mortgage payments. They work to reinstate their mortgage, lower their interest rate, fix interest rates also. They market this through direct mail and don’t intend to do very much online marketing for this division. The mortgage division may eventually go away based on the market conditions in the future.
